Are any of your products or ingredients tested on animals?

NEVER! Animals are for kissing and cuddling, not testing on. We are Leaping Bunny certified.

How much is shipping?

We offer the same $5.95 flat rate shipping cost anywhere in the U.S., whether you buy one item or 100, with free shipping for orders $50 and over (gift cards excluded.)

International shipping rates are based on the following scale:

Orders under $20 ship for $10 (Canada $8)
Orders up to $40 ship for $12 (Canada $10)
Orders up to $60 ship for $14 (Canada $12)
Orders over $60 ship for $16 (Canada $14)

Do you ship to my country?

We ship everywhere in the world except Chile, Kuwait, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, Italian customs rejects all skin care products and cosmetics. The United Kingdom has a new VAT procedure for imports at the moment and we will open up shipping once that has been resolved. Italian/UK or any European customers who want their order delivered faster and/or without customs fees, we recommend Tilt Professional Makeup.

For Kuwait/UAE customers, we recommend Beautylish.

For Nigeria customers, we recommend Blush Box.

We are hoping to get our products with stockists in Chile.

Are there any International duty fees?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before ordering.

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed by noon PST are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed, unless there is a sale or launch which may delay fulfillment and email response times. Domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-10 business days. International shipping times may vary between 2-6 weeks.

When I try to check out, my cart freezes. Help!

Do you offer a pro discount for makeup artists?

At this time, we do not.

I bought several jars of loose eyeshadow, and some jars appear more/less full than others. Why?

Loose eyeshadows are packed by weight, not volume. Some ingredients settle more than others, which gives the appearance of being less full. But rest assured that each jar contains the net weight listed on each product, usually a bit more “just in case!”

I’ve seen other companies sell loose eyeshadows that they say are pure, undiluted pigments with no additives. Why do yours have extra ingredients in them?

While the idea of pure pigments does sound glamorous, the truth is that pure pigments don’t make an eyeshadow. In order to create eyeshadow that really lasts, pigments must be formulated with other ingredients that give them adhesive properties for longer lasting wear. These ingredients are not fillers intended to “water down” or “cheapen” the product—in fact, the adhesive ingredients are more costly than the pigments themselves!
