Shipping & Returns
We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping anywhere in the U.S., with free shipping for orders $50 and over (gift cards excluded).
International shipping rates are based on the following scale:
Orders under $20 ship for $10 (Canada $8)
Orders up to $40 ship for $12 (Canada $10)
Orders up to $60 ship for $14 (Canada $12)
Orders over $60 ship for $16 (Canada $14)
Orders placed by noon PST are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed. Sales and launches extend the processing time to about three to seven (3-7) business days. Domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-10 business days. International shipping times may vary between 2-6 weeks.
Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND CUSTOMS DETAILS
Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Sugarpill is unable to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, we encourage you to check with your country's Customs offices. Unfortunately Sugarpill can not reimburse the price of goods purchased, shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us, we will issue a refund on the cost of product only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Sugarpill uses Asendia parcel services for all our international shipments.
All orders will be declared as merchandise with the correct description and value. Unfortunately we can not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value, as this is a violation of law.
We will gladly accept returns for items purchased from sugarpill.com and issue a full refund (excluding shipping) on all unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days or that appear to be used will be eligible for store credit.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us your order number along with a description and photo(s) of the damaged/incorrect item within seven (7) days of receipt. If we determine that you have received a damaged or incorrect item, a replacement of the same/correct item will be sent.
Please note that lashes are handmade and may vary slightly. Slight variations are not defective.
So that we can better assist you, please title the subject of your email "Order return" and include your order number when contacting us.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
All returned cosmetics will be destroyed and not resold.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Sugarpill can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Should you choose to inquire about a missing package, we will be happy to provide the delivery details which include the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier. You may then choose to investigate or make a claim with the carrier service.
