Shipping & Returns


We offer the same $4.95 flat rate shipping cost anywhere in the U.S., whether you buy 1 item or 100, with free shipping for orders $45 and over (gift cards excluded.)

International shipping rates are based on the following scale:

Orders under $20 ship for $10 (Canada $8)
Orders up to $40 ship for $12 (Canada $10)
Orders up to $60 ship for $14 (Canada $12)
Orders over $60 ship for $16 (Canada $14)

Orders placed by noon PST are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed. Domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-10 business days. International shipping times may vary between 2-6 weeks.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.


Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Sugarpill is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, Sugarpill encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Sugarpill will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us we will only refund the product price, shipping charges are non refundable. We must declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. We will not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value as this is against existing laws.



We are so confident that you’ll fall in love with Sugarpill. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, get in touch with us! We will gladly accept returns and issue you a full refund (excluding shipping). Container must still be full (including all original packaging) to qualify for a refund. For damaged items send us details about the damage along with a photo and order number within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt. You'll also have the opportunity to tell us if you want to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item. We will not issue refunds on jars that have been emptied or refilled with a different product. No funny business please!

All returned cosmetics will be destroyed and NOT resold. We're not gross, don’t worry!!

Items must be postmarked within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund.
