Refund policy
RETURNS:
We are confident that you’ll fall in love with Sugarpill. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, get in touch with us! We will gladly accept returns for items purchased from sugarpill.com and issue you a full refund (excluding shipping) on all unused, unopened merchandise (including all original packaging). Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund.
- If your order is returned after 14 days or your item(s) look used and opened, you will only be eligible for store credit.
- We will not issue refunds on jars that have been emptied or refilled with a different product. No funny business please!
For damaged items, send us details about the damage along with a photo and order number within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt. You'll also have the opportunity to tell us if you want to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item. Please note that lashes are handmade and may vary slightly. A minor variation does not constitute as a defective lash.
All returned cosmetics will be destroyed and NOT resold. We're not gross, don’t worry!!
So that we can better assist you, please title the subject of your email "Order return" and include your order number when contacting us.
